Thayil Thoughts

With over 12 years of experience in higher education, Professor Thayil has dedicated his career to teaching, mentoring, and integrating psychology with a biblical worldview. He previously served as an undergraduate psychology professor at TIU-Florida until its closure, where he was committed to academic excellence and ministry preparation.

Beyond the classroom, Professor Thayil has had the privilege of ministering both in the United States and India. In India, he taught courses on Leviticus, 1 & 2 Peter, Discipleship, and served as a guest lecturer and speaker on various occasions. In the U.S., his ministry has included leading youth groups, teaching Bible studies, delivering sermons, and counseling juvenile offenders at Miami-Dade’s Juvenile Detention Center, offering guidance and hope to those seeking a new path.

Now, as a homeschooling parent, Professor Thayil continues his passion for education, investing in the next generation both at home and through this platform.
